AI-assisted recruitment

We may use AI tools to summarise CVs and interview notes, suggest relevant candidates for a vacancy, and help prepare communications. These tools support the recruiter; they do not make automated hiring decisions. All decisions about a candidate are reviewed and made by a person.

For semantic matching, relevant professional information from your CV, profile and application may be processed by an AI service. A similarity score is only an aid to finding profiles worth reviewing and is not a decision about suitability or progression.

Your information is stored in the recruitment platform and accessed only by authorised recruitment personnel. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data by contacting talent@sofiagpaiva.com.

The final reviewed privacy policy will state the lawful basis, retention periods, data-recipient details and your full data-protection rights before applications are opened publicly.
